Let’s Talk About Sexual Healing is a dynamic panel discussion and Q&A that promotes open conversation in a stigma-free environment. We’ll talk and learn about sex, sex culture, sex education, sexual health, desire, consent, relationships, gender, body image, the sex-positive movement and more. This is the perfect time and place for adults to ask all the questions they (still) have about their bodies, cravings, confusions, fetishes, and fears. This workshop is part of the Means of Exchange Series

ART/LIFE PRACTICE: Approaches to Nonmonogamy

Are you new to, or curious about, nonmonogamous relationships?
Bring your questions. We’ll workshop emotional, physical and logistical approaches to cultivating healthy and ethical nonmonogamous relationships.

Renee Sills, founder of Sola School for Contemplative Arts, will guide the group through embodied mindfulness practice for dealing with challenging emotions, which can be common upon entering new relationship structures.

No advance experience or preparation is required, however we encourage you to email questions in advance and may include those in workshop planning.

Cost $15 & up (donation option).
Advance registration highly recommended. Capacity capped at 12 participants.
